The following disclosures relate to the independence of research and management of any potential conflict of interest as required under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
The Research Analyst and associates of Alpha Plus Capital Associates LLP do not hold any financial interest in securities covered in research at the time of publication. Any personal positions, if held, are disclosed in the per-report disclosure table as required under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. The firm does not accept compensation — directly or indirectly — from any company whose securities are covered in research.

6. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Disclosure
SEBI has mandated that all Research Analysts explicitly disclose whether AI / ML tools are used in their research process. This disclosure must be reviewed at least quarterly or whenever a change in AI tool usage occurs.
Alpha Plus Capital Associates LLP does not use any Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) tools in the generation of research recommendations or reports. All research, analysis, and written output is conducted entirely by the registered Research Analyst. Final research judgement and all published recommendations are solely the work of the human analyst.
